Jared Heal currently serves as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than two decades of experience in the mortgage banking industry. He first entered the industry in 2001 after graduating from Utah Valley University with a degree in accounting. He later completed his Master’s in Accountancy, further strengthening his financial and technical foundation.
From 2001 to 2008, Jared worked as a loan originator, gaining valuable front-line experience in mortgage production and client relationships. After stepping away from the industry for a period, he returned in 2016 and has since advanced into senior financial leadership.
Today, as CFO, Jared oversees financial strategy, reporting, compliance, and operational finance, combining his early production experience with deep accounting expertise to support the company’s growth and stability.
