Ben’s banking career spans 30 years with experience in retail banking, operations, digital banking, BSA/AML, compliance, and risk management. Ben has spent the last 23 years assisting various financial institutions meet regulatory requirements and obligations in key compliance and risk management roles. Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Brigham Young University followed later by a Master of Arts degree in English from Brigham Young University. Additionally, Ben holds a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) Certification and is a graduate of the ABA National Compliance School, ABA Graduate School of Compliance Management, and UBA’s Executive Development Program.
