Roger has over 40 years total in consumer and commercial banking, specializing in SBA lending over the past 30 years. He assisted his bank in achieving SBA Small Bank Lender of the Year in 2017 and 2018. Roger attended the University of North Carolina and Brigham Young University. He married and is a father to 7 children and 14 grandchildren, with another on the way.
